* Preparation & Inspection: Carefully tear open the foil wrapper. Check the expiration date printed on the packet and ensure the product is intact and undamaged. Do not use sharp objects like scissors or teeth to open the package.
* Insertion: Choose a comfortable position (such as squatting, raising one leg, or lying down). Hold the inner flexible ring at the closed end of the condom, squeeze it between your thumb and forefinger, and insert it gently into the vagina. Push the inner ring as far up as it will go (comfortably covering the cervix), while the outer flexible ring remains outside the body covering the vaginal opening.
* Guidance During Intercourse: Ensure the penis enters smoothly inside the center of the outer ring and does not slip between the condom and the vaginal wall.
