Guidelines for Use :
* Preparation & Inspection: Carefully tear open the foil wrapper. Check the expiration date printed on the packet and ensure the product is intact and undamaged. Avoid using sharp objects like scissors or teeth to open the package.

* Insertion: Choose a comfortable position (such as squatting, raising one leg, or lying down). Hold the inner flexible ring at the closed end of the condom, squeeze it between your thumb and forefinger, and insert it gently into the vagina. Push the inner ring as far up as it will go (so it rests comfortably over the cervix), while the outer flexible ring remains outside the body covering the vaginal opening.

* Guidance During Intercourse: Ensure the partner's penis enters smoothly inside the center of the outer ring and does not slip between the condom and the vaginal wall.

* Removal & Disposal: Twist the outer ring slightly and pull the condom out gently after intercourse to prevent any fluid spillage. Wrap the used condom in a tissue and discard it properly in a trash bin (do not flush it down the toilet).
